- How do we go about seeking the right vacancy for you
Our consultants are already in a relationship with several top companies who provide them with their exact job specification, numbers required and other terms and conditions of employment.
After careful consideration we forward a complete set of CV’s to the Clients for review and evaluation.
On getting the names of short listed candidates, we conduct the first round of interview with the candidate over the phone. The second round is conducted by the client as per his requirement. After final selection by the Client, a formal letter is issued to the candidate with a declaration of acceptance of the terms and conditions. After the receipt of the same we request the client to process your documentation required The candidate is required to get his travel processed at his own end after getting confirmation of his placement, from us.
